Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I use my new Traveler-ER for the first time?

A: No. The information you enter is only stored on your USB drive.

A: Each Traveler-ER USB drive stores one individual profile. Storing only one profile ensures that medical professionals are looking at your medical information during a medical emergency.

A: You choose both what information to enter and the level of security for that information. The software uses a modern encryption algorithm to password protect the information you enter.

Q: What information does the software require me to enter?

A: Only your name. The personal, medical and emergency contact information you choose to enter is entirely up to you.

Q: What if I’m not sure that there will be computers where I’m going?
